What is sound trademark?
A soundmark is a unique trademark consisting exclusively of a sound or a combination of sounds. It should not be combined with other elements like movement, which would then be classified as multimedia marks.

Streaming or looping is not allowed.
Musical Notation Requirements
- JPEG format
- A4 sheet format
Ensure that the music sheet contains all necessary elements for interpreting the melody, including pitch, tempo, and lyrics.

Submitting Both Audio and Musical Notations If you choose to submit both an audio file and musical notations, you will need to select one to retain. If you submit an audio file along with a sonograph representation, the Office will remove the sonograph from the file.
