All companies registered at Estonian Commercial Register (RIK) are legally obligated to have an associated address. This address is the official address of the established company and is publicly available information. RIK, EMTA and other government bodies rely on this ‘legal address’ to deliver official correspondence.

In the event that your Management Board resides outside of Estonia, a ‘contact person’ will need to be appointed. As our company has the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) licence, we are able to offer you such a ‘contact person’ service.

  • How can I order your legal address services?

    To place an order for our legal address services, you’ll need to provide us with the company name, for which you require the registered office address (legal address). To process your request, we’ll need additional details from you, such as proof of identity and proof of address, in accordance with the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act..

  • Do you require proof of identity?

    Yes, we do. We require 1x photographic proof of identity (for example a passport or EEA national card), as well as 1x proof of address (for example a utility bill), that must be dated within the last 90 days.

  • How much do you charge for your legal address/virtual office services?

    We charge €100 per year for our legal address services.

  • Do you offer contact person services?

    Yes, we offer these. Remember, you are legally required to appoint a contact person, if your Management Board reside outside of Estonia.

  • Can I use your services if my company is already registered?

    Yes, of course! In this instance, we’d just need to obtain the following from you:
