for what purpose do you need these documents?

The above documents are needed for purpose of bank account opening outside Estonia e.g Transferwise, Mistertango, Paysera or other payment service providers. Furthermore, these documents may be necessary if you decide to establish a foreign company with an Estonian limited liability company acting as a shareholder.

If you need to set up a local branch of the company or permanent establishment in a foreign country – you need to show Apostille and corporate documents to local authorities.
